Property Leasing:


In the leasing of property, TeamFlorida Group, LLC proven marketing techniques to facilitate and accomplish the leasing goals of our clients property.  At the time TeamFlorida Group, LLC receives the responsibility of leasing the property, a detailed leasing market analysis is prepared to determine the current leasing conditions, market lease terms and recommendations for clients’ approval.


TeamFlorida Group, LLC experience has shown that while the above referenced techniques are productive in leasing space, the most effective method is qualified, experienced leasing personnel that productively “knock on doors and go out and get the tenants”. 


All marketing programs are continuously reviewed and adjusted as circumstances dictate.  Some or all of the following marketing techniques will be used to effectively lease the clients’ property:


  • Qualified, experienced leasing personnel will be assigned to the property;

  • When appropriate on site leasing office can be established;

  • On site leasing signage will be installed;

  • A leasing brochure will be developed;

  • The property will be totally exposed to other brokers:  TeamFlorida Group, LLC cooperates fully with other brokers and will immediately and continually inform commercial brokers in the marketplace.
