When TeamFlorida Group, LLC is engaged for the sale of a property, we immediately commence our management program to include some, if not all, of the following: Make a detailed physical inspection of the property, prepare a detailed inspection report (including photos) and make recommendations regarding items found that need to be corrected immediately to preserve the asset, as well as items that make the property more marketable.  Prepare a detailed inventory of all property, records, etc.  Take necessary action to secure the property.

• Contact the local government agencies and departments to determine any violations etc.

• Prepare proforma(s) for the property

• Provide the client with a monthly narrative sales activity report

• Within 24 hours, commence an extensive marketing program for the property, including, but not limited to:

• Property Signage;

• List Property on company website and other listing services;

• Prepare Sales Brochure;

• Email to Commercial Brokers and their firms;

• Continually update marketing program and market survey;

• Sell your property.
